Chicago Therapy Solutions accepts all private insurance either as an in-network or out-of-network provider.

We are currently contracted with (in network):

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBS) PPO 
• Optum – United Healthcare and United Behavioral Health

At our initial session we will gather your insurance information and check for eligibility and benefits.
If you have any eligibility questions you should contact your insurance provider directly.

We will directly bill the insurance company for you so there is no paperwork for you to complete.

It is important to note that certain information needs to be provided to your insurance carrier in order to process any claim.  Please contact us with any questions regarding confidentiality and insurance claims.
